This guest bedroom lacked a cozy, inviting feel. The homeowner felt stuck and a little overwhelmed with how to make the room feel like a part of her home and not an after thought. Because it wasn't a room they used very often she didn't want to sink a ton of money into it but she wanted it to have the feeling the rest of the house did.
We were able to reinvent this room to give it a richer feel by simply repainting the walls. We used some great pieces our client already owned and added a few inexpensive pieces to complete the look!
We accomplished the client's goals for the space and she and her wallet are very happy!

This before and after took one day. The client had mismatched furniture, a lime green wall and little to no light in her living room. She didn't want to replace the couches yet but she was willing to purchase some tables and lamps. We rearranged the furniture to make the space more user friendly. We eliminated some pieces all together and painted the wall a soft gray brown.
We pushed her furniture further into the living room to create a nice walkway between the love seat and the back wall. We placed a sofa table along the wall and hung a mirror above to reflect light around the room. Then we arranged and hung the black and white photos above the couch in a more symmetrical pattern. After adding the lamps, tables and pillows the room really came together and the family actually uses it now. Fun project!
